Aardvark
I’ve been working on a new theme for MyBB and its almost ready. Aardvark has a modern, minimalist design that carries over elements of Dark Intentions, N.Design and other popular MyBB themes. That said, it has a style all its own and some neat new features built in. For example, the semi-glossy header text is generated with CSS. The buttons are also text based, so there is absolutely no Photoshopping necessary. Please tell me what you think. You can try an early version of the theme below.

Wow, if it wasn’t for the fact we rarely change our theme and I love NDesign so much, I would definitely be thinking of using this live on our forums!
Might try out the CSS-generated gradient effect soon though.

I thought I’d test Aardvark on my local install and wasn’t sure if this was a Firefox 2.x.x bug as when the user is not logged in, the spacing between ‘Login’ and ‘Register’ seems a little tight.
Here’s a screenshot: http://e.imagehost.org/0943/aardvark.png
Thanks!

That’s some sort of wierd Aardvark N.Design hybrid.. :S
Are you using the theme straight out of the Aardvark package?

OMG… I look like such an idiot now >_< Honestly I’m not sure why it showed up like that. I was thinking that my version of Aardvark looked a bit different to your screenshot but …
Just wondering how much does Firefox’s cache store?
Seriously, apologies for the boo boo. Am happy to say that the latest screenshot proves me absolutely wrong: http://e.imagehost.org/0862/aardvark2.png

Oh don’t worry about… I think that’s a mistake we’ve all made. xD
