Victoria is next on the map for WIND and Mobilicity. After that its hard to say, but Kelowna (or anywhere East of Abotsford in BC) is likely more than a year off at this point.

The good news is the new entrants have encouraged the Big 3 and sub-brands to offer some better plans. Koodo (a division of TELUS) offers this plan for $45: Unlimited Local Calling†, Unlimited Messaging (Text and Picture)±, Unlimited Local Family Calling§, Call Display Included, Includes Call Waiting, Conference Calling and Per-Second Billing - https://shop.koodomobile.com/plans/ready-made-combos/index.html

Clearnet, another TELUS subsidiary, is offering plans in Kelowna and Red Deer only - http://www.clearnet.com/plans/

Rogers is also offering some decent plans on the Fido brand, but the best ones are reserved for big cities where WIND an Mobi have a prescence (scummy move, eh?). Hopefully one big companies can tide you over until WIND gets into the interior.

If you're in Richmond should be covered. You should give them a call and make a report using the Network Builder http://care.windmobile.ca/Support/Network/Default.aspx

Hi Bev,
Not at launch. Network is probably going to fade off around Langley for now, but I bet Abbotsford will get covered soon enough.

Good luck!
