Their normal answer is "wait 24 hours. it takes time to propagate"... Really.. when I haven't made any changes? How can a non-change take time to propagate? You have to ask no less than 4 times in a row to speak to a supervisor, and even then you just get put on hold... I'll likely never get to someone. I'm having significant issues, and all I have with them is a DOMAIN NAME!! Not even web hosting, etc.. It won't let me use my own DNS servers, and their support has no clue why. What a scam.
